PRE-ORDER & RETURNS POLICY
Pre-Orders
At Racing Banter, certain products are available for pre-order due to extended
production timelines. Please review our pre-order policies before placing your order:
- Payment is processed at the time of purchase, even if the item has not yet been
produced or shipped. - All pre-order sales are final, as quantities are limited.
- Estimated shipping dates are provided in the product description and may vary
depending on production timelines. - If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, they will be shipped separately as available. We will only hold the full order if the pre-order item can ship within two weeks of the purchase date.

Returns
Please review the following policies before requesting a return:
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product received is defective,
damaged, or incorrect. - We have a 15-day return policy, which means all returns/exchanges must be pre-authorized by customer service within 15 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
